1. General Policy

Psycholux provides AI-generated hypnomeditations as digital content.
All purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may only be granted in the following cases:
- Technical issues (missing file, playback error, failed delivery)
- Duplicate payment

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund for eligible cases, contact hello@psycholux.app within 14 days of purchase. All requests are reviewed individually. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

4. Subscriptions

If you cancel a subscription, you will retain access until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time/sessions.
